Kyle Nichols 55 of Ormond passed away peacefully on Thursday July 12 2012. A ""Celebration of Life"" will be held at 10:00 am at Baggett-Summers Funeral Home on Monday July 16th. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Kyle was born in April 29 1957 in Odessa Texas to Ronald Wayne and Jimmie Lee (Wofford) Nichols. He graduated from Permian Basin High School in Odessa and went on to receive his Bachelor's Degree in Business and Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. Kyle and his family have been residents of Volusia County since 2003 relocating from Austin. He will be lovingly remembered as a good man always had a smile on his face. He awoke each morning happy and ready to care for his family. Kyle was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints a very successful entrepreneur a loving father and devoted husband. He also enjoyed playing the guitar. He is survived by his wife of twenty-four and a half years Jeannie Nichols Ormond Beach two sons Evan Kyle (Rachel Peebles) Nichols of Frisco Texas and Rhett Riley Nichols Ormond Beach by his daughter Airman 1st Class Lucy Baxter Nichols Barksdale Air Force Base Louisiana by two brothers Kirk and Kevin Nichols Odessa Texas his granddaughter Rylie Nichols and his Mother and father in law Sue and Bob Dunlap.
