Surviving her are her Companion of 20 years Robert Wiegand her Mother Linda Allaband Step-Father Tam Snyder 2 Step-Sisters Tammy Mesaychik Northport ME and US Army Lieutenant Colonel Lisa Snyder El Paso TX.. Kimberly was born December 4 1963 in Westchester PA the Daughter of Ronald and Linda Major Allaband. She was a graduate of Kennett Square High School in Pennsylvania. She worked with disabled and handicapped children in Pennsylvania. She came to Florida in 1993. She worked as a Nanny for several years. She was a Customer Service Representative at Data Corp.
