Kevin Connors was born December 7, 1951 to Robert F. and Carolyn C. Connors in Yonkers, New York.  The family moved to Ormond Beach in 1969, where Kevin graduated from Seabreeze High School and Daytona Beach Community College.  He went on to receive a scholarship to play basketball and received his degree from St. Leo College. While in school, Kevin was active in sports, participating in basketball and football.  He was an avid golfer, known for showing up most Sunday mornings with his favorite group of friends for a round at one of the local clubs.  Kevin played for years at Riviera Country Club and later became a member of Oceanside Country Club in Ormond Beach.

Kevin worked his way through college, and later founded and operated Village Builders until he retired due to illness.  He was an active member and Past President of the Ormond Beach Rotary Club and also served as President of the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Kevin was one of five boys.  He was pre-deceased by his parents and his brother Brian C. Connors.  Survivors include his brothers R. Gary Connors (wife Michele) of Ormond Beach, John M. Connors (wife Debra) of Port Orange, Craig F. Connors of Ormond Beach, and his stepson Jason Dowman.  Kevin battled his illness for several years until his passing on January 3, 2021.
