Kenneth Loy Norris, 59, of Palm Coast, Florida, passed away peacefully at his residence on August 16, 2017. He was born on December 2, 1957 to the late Virlon and Helen Norris. A Private Gathering by the Graveside was held on Thursday August 24, 2017 in Volusia Memorial Park, 550 North Nova Road, Ormond Beach, Florida.
