Keith Ruiz 25 of Palm Coast and Tampa passed away Monday August 22 2010 in a motorcycle accident in Tampa. The Family will receive friends on Thursday August 26th between the hours of 5:00 pm till 9:00 pm at The Lohman Funeral Home located at 220 Palm Coast Parkway SW Palm Coast Florida. A Funeral service will be held on Friday August 27 2010 11 am at The Lohman Funeral Home.
Keith was born in Brooklyn and moved with his family to Florida ten years ago. He was a graduate of Palm Coast High School. He received his Associates degree in Criminal Justice from DBCC and was to attend USF this coming semester. Keith shared his passion for motorcycles with others by becoming an instructor. Keith will be remembered by his family and friends as compassionate generous humble and always optimistic. For all that knew him his mischievous ways grinning smile and bear hugs will be sorely missed. Keith was also a Michael Jordan fanatic.
Keith was preceded in death by his best friend Quintin "Little Q" Daniel Smith Maternal Grandmother Carmen and Paternal Grandfather Sergio. He is survived by his Loving Parents Edwin & Sonia (Perez) Ruiz of Palm Coast Beloved Fiance Elizabeth Hendry of Tampa Brothers Edwin Ruiz Jr. and Javier Ruiz both of Tampa Francisco Ruiz of Palm Coast and Sisters Cynthia Ruiz of Puerto Rico and Margie Ruiz of Tampa Maternal Grandfather Francisco Perez and Paternal Grandmother Francisca Rosado. Keith also was the loving nephew to many Aunts & Uncles.
