Kay Ruth Doetch 66 of Daytona Beach passed away on Sunday November 30 2008. A celebration of her Life will be held on Wednesday December 3 2008 at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Baggett-Summers Funeral Home 736 S. Beach Street Daytona Beach. She was born in Rockford Illinois on May 4 1942. Kay moved here in 1986 from Apple Valley MN. She was a Human Resources Specialist at Florida Hospital Ormond Memorial and she enjoyed quilting and sewing and especially her grandchildren. Kay will be deeply missed by her extended family at Florida Hospital Ormond Memorial. She is preceded in death by her husband Harold Doetch. Survivors include her son Kevin (Maritza) Doetch of Saint Mary's GA.; daughters Angela (Harold) Oster of Medina MN Leisha (John) Lindsay of Savage MN. and Karen Doetch of Farmington MN; also her six grandchildren.
