Mrs. Oliver was born on July 14, 2014 in Bang Bridge Georgia to the union of Julia Cooper and Charlie Reed. Mrs. Oliver left school to take care of her family. Mrs. Oliver owned numerous businesses including a grocery store, a gas station, and seamstress business.

Mrs. Oliver was preceded in death by: her husband Charles Oliver, daughter Julia Walker, son Willie Walker, and 17 siblings. She leaves to cherish her memory: her sister Concheta March; nephews and nieces: Tony, Bernard, Gus, Mary, and Gary; 9 grandchildren: Timothy Walker, Charles Walker, William Walker, Jerome Walker, Sammy Walker, Bruce Walker, James Simmons, Sandra Walker, Jackie Walker; over 300: nieces, nephews, great-grand children, great-great-grand children, great-great-great grandchildren; a host of other relatives, friends, and her Jehova Witness Congregation.
