Chadwick Kathy Lynn Yeomans - Kathy Lynn Yeomans Chadwick born January 25th 1947 in Palatka Florida passed away on Monday June 25 2012. She was a generous and loving wife mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents Ottis and Lydia Yeomans and her brother Lee Yeomans. Kathy is survived by her husband of forty-six years James Chadwick Jr.; daughter Kimberly Alligood and son-in-law Sean Alligood; daughter Wendy Smith son-in-law Richard Smith and grandson Richie Smith. She also leaves behind her beloved cats Toby and Theo. Graveside services will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery Palatka FL on Saturday June 30th at 1:00PM.
