Kathryn Marie Farrell, 84, of South Daytona, passed away on April 3, 2016 at Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 pm on Thursday April 7, 2016 in the Chapel at Lohman Funeral Home, Daytona. A Visitation will be held from 2:00pm til the Service begins on Thursday April 7, 2016.
Kathryn was born on April 29, 1931 in Pottsville, PA to John and Anna Kenna. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Penn State.
Kathryn retired from Cardiology Consultants. She enjoyed spending time with her family, her grandchildren, shopping and her condo.

Survivors include her four children, Anna Farrell and Edward of South Daytona, John Farrell of Daytona Beach, James "Jim" and Vicki Farrell of South Daytona, and William "Bill" and Venness Farrell of Ponce Inlet; Daughter-in-law, Gail Farrell of Port Orange; six grandchildren, John Farrell of Port Orange, Melissa Farrell of Jacksonville, Mandy Farrell of Port Orange, Shannon Farrell of Port Orange, Billy Farrell of Alaska, Morgan Farrell of Gainesville; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Farrell in 2001.
Memorial Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to The Juvenile Diabetes Association or to a charity of one's choice.
