Katherine E. Howard age 73 died Tuesday March 15th at the Florida Hospital in Deland. Born in Plattsburgh NY she was a resident of this area since moving here in 1980 from Speculator NY.. She was a former bookkeeper and bank teller in Speculator New York. Katherine was a member of the Elks in New York and attended St. Peter Catholic Church in Deland. She is survived by her husband of 46 years William and her brother Donald Hanlon of Peru New York. A memorial Mass will be held at St. Peter Church at a later date.
