Karen Beth Rogers 62 of Deland passed away Thursday February 16 2012. A Private family Service is Arranged threw the Lohman Funeral Home Deltona .Karen daughter of Clarence L. and Betty L. Rogers was born December 1 1949 and raised in Orlando Florida. She graduated from Edgewater High School and Stetson University. She retired as Nursery Director for First Presbyterian Infant and Day Care of Orlando. Karen enjoyed volunteering her time for the past eight years at the Salvation Army in Deland as a social worker. Karen had a giving heart and was loved by all she met. She will be greatly missed by her children Robert F. Rogers Ryan P.R. Rogers R.E. Kalee Rogers all of Deland and Reagan S. Rogers of Bartow Florida. Brothers Kurt (Blanche) Rogers Bruce (Kathy) Rogers and Robert L. (Penny) Rogers. Grandsons Brandon Hunter Skylor Rogers and Nalin Rogers granddaughter Jazmarie Rogers. She also has many nieces nephews great-nieces and great-nephews to remember her always.
