Karen A. Kingree, 72, was called to her heavenly home December 5, 2014. The family welcomes Friends to Gather from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond on Friday, December 12. A private family service will follow at 4pm.

Karen was born in Long Island, NY and moved to Florida at age 9. She graduated from Mainland High School. She was a member of Calvary Christian Center of Ormond Beach with her husband, Virgil. Karen enjoyed travelling, shopping at thrift stores, and restoring antiques. Karen will be remembered for her beautiful smile and total devotion to her husband, daughters, and grandchildren.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories her loving husband of 54 years, Virgil Kingree of Ormond Beach; her daughters Betsey Kingree of Holly Hill and Pamela Moats (Ron) of Port Orange; her mother Mildred J. Buro of Port Orange; her brother Skipp Tutor (Val) of Sanibel Island, FL; her grandchildren David Kendall, Jr. (Raquelle) of Deltona, Kathryn Kendall of Daytona Beach, and Sean Kendall of Daytona Beach; her brother-in-law Roy Kingree (Susan) of West Palm Beach; her aunt Marilyn J. Awtry of Sanford, FL.
