Justin Dale Buchanan of Daytona Beach, Florida passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 31st, 2021 at 8:05pm. Justin was born May 12th, 1988 in Altamonte Springs, Florida to Cynthia Buchanan. Justin was an avid photographer, motorcycle enthusiast, and musician. Justin is survived by his loving and devoted partner, Carly Hilderbrand and their son, Wyatt Dale Buchanan, of Daytona Beach, Florida, his beloved mother Cynthia Buchanan of Cassleberry, Florida, his father Floyd Helferich and brother Nick Helferich of Cincinnati, Ohio, his uncle Kevan and Aunt Kristal Buchanan, his cousins Ashley Buchanan, Ashlee Turner (Justin), Lauren Staudenraus (Mark), Lindsay Buchanan (Cameron), Dillon Randolph and Nikki Randolph, his maternal grandmother Janet Buchanan, his paternal grandmother Chris Helferich. Justin was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Richard Dale Buchanan, his paternal grandfather Raymond Helferich, his maternal great grandmother, Ada Johnson, his maternal great grandfather Harkie Allen, and paternal great grandparents Roy and Leah Buchanan. A service of remembrance will be celebrated on August 14th, 2021 at 1:00pm. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society at cancer.org.
