It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of our beloved "Mommom", June Elizabeth Fendlay. She passed peacefully away on February 9, 2023, at the age of 87. June was a loving, caring and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to all who had the priviledge of knowing her.

June was born on June 3, 1935, in Havre de Grace Maryland. She was the daughter of the late Samuel I Ruby and Elizabeth L Ruby (Baker). In Maryland, she met her late husband of 52 years, Arthur F Fendlay, Jr. They retired and moved to Port Orange, FL in 1996. She worked in retail and was a bakery manager before retiring. Her greatest joy was taking care of and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. June is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Diane Fendlay, her son, David Fendlay, Sr., three grandchildren, Robert Dunlap, Jr, Jill Schnibben (husband Brian) and David Fendlay, Jr, and eight great-grandchildren.

Mommom will be dearly missed and forever remain in our hearts. A celebration of life will be held Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Lohman Funeral Home in Port Orange. There will be a viewing from 11:30-1, followed by the service and graveside good-byes at Greenwood Cemetery in Daytona Beach.
