Funeral services for Juliane Kusiak, 64 of Palm Coast Florida will be held on Tuesday October 18, 2016 at 3pm at Lohman Funeral Home, 220 Palm Coast Parkway, Palm Coast. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 11am until 3pm.
Juliane passed away Friday October 14, 2016 at Florida Hospital Flagler.
Juliane was born December 3, 1951 in Chicago Ill and was raised in Glenview Ill.
The Kusiak Family came to Palm Coast in 2006.
Surviving her are her beloved husband Randall Kusiak, 4 sons, Christopher and Holley, James, Jonathan, Brian, 2 grandchildren, Michael and Jennifer, a brother William (Susan) Pollack.
Memorial donations can be made in her name to The American Cancer Society.
