Julia Rose Nitto (nee Filak), age 93, born in Jersey City, NJ, left the earth for Heaven on February 7, 2017, in Edgewater, Fl. She and her husband, Joseph (deceased), moved to Daytona Beach Shores, Fl, in 1995 from Edison, NJ. She is survived by her three sons: Joseph (spouse Patricia) - The Villages, Fl; Rudolph-Port Orange, Fl; Ronald (spouse Katherine)-Old Bridge, NJ; seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one adopted family member, her care-taker, Willie Lott.

Services will begin on Monday February 13, 2017 with a viewing from 4-7 PM at the Lohman Funeral Home 1201 Dunlawton Ave. Port Orange followed by a Catholic Prayer Service on Tuesday February 14. At 10:00 AM. Entombment will follow at Sea Pines Memorial Gardens 3001 S. Ridgewood Ave., Edgewater, Fl.
