On February 11, 1943 in Peoria, Illinois, a bright light was born into this world to Harry and Mildred Field and they named her Judy Lee. On June 3, 1961, Judy married the love of her life, Fritz Neumann. They later had one child, Christy. During her lifetime, she moved with her family many times in pursuit of their dreams. From Illinois, France, Texas, Barbados, Georgia and Orlando. She finally settled down in Deland, Florida because she loved the small, hometown feel.
Judy loved her family with all of her heart and enjoyed creating traditions and memories. She spent her entire lifetime caring for her family and friends, supporting their dreams, and making them feel special. She had a graceful and beautiful spirit and never met a stranger.
Judy was a humble woman throughout her life and had a special gift of inspiring those around her and leaving her footprint of comfort to those who were in need. On August 21, 2016, God called her home unexpectedly. Her mission on earth is complete.
Judy was preceded in death by her father, Harry Field in 1984 and her mother, Mildred Field in 2005. She leaves her husband of 55 years, Fritz; her sister, Barbara Winter; her daughter, Christy McDonald; and her granddaughter, Lauren McDonald.
Judy, we love you so much and words cannot even begin to describe how much you will be missed. We are comforted by our faith in Christ and the knowledge that we will see you again in heaven.
