Judith K. Judge August 25 1937- Judy was born and raised in Daytona Beach Florida. She was the granddaughter of William Maxwell and Myra Hankins (Hankins Drug Stores) daughter of William W. And Dorothy Judge sister of Patricia Judge Yunick aunt of Trish Yunick Sam Yunick and Steve Yunick great aunt of Laurel Brown Brayden Brown Patrick Michael and Nicole Yunick and Kaylin and Erin Yunick. Judy moved to Atlanta Georgia after the death of her fianc; Glenn Roberts in 1962. She taught elementary school in DeKalb County for 30 years and came home to Daytona in 2008.
She loved teaching "her chicks" and remained close to most through the years. She was God mother to Dr. Michael Brumund and Alison Brumund Douglas. Judy had close friends she dearly loved and she loved animals.
Judy graduated from Mainland High School in 1955 earned a Bachelor of Science from Stetson University in 1961 and a Masters of Education from Georgia State University in 1976.
In lieu of flowers please send a donation "no kill" animal shelter of your choice. A private ceremony has taken place.
