Judith A. Frazer passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 11. 2012. Judy born June 21 1940 in Goffstown New Hampshire was fortunate to have lived in Morocco Libya Miami and Boston before moving to Lake Placid Florida where she met the love of her life Robert D. Frazer.

Judy is survived by her husband of 28 years Robert D. Frazer of Daytona Beach daughter Melody Costenbader (David) of New Hampshire as well as her two brothers Tracy Tarr of North Carolina and Frank Tarr of Lakeland Florida four grandchildren; David J. Carreau (Jamie) of New Hampshire David K. Hoffman (Christie) of New Hampshire Sherry Carreau of Tampa Florida and Lauren Hurless (Nick) of Tampa Florida. Judy was also blessed with four beautiful great-grandchildren; Haley Savannah Joshua and Avery and was awaiting the arrival of her fifth great grand-child Emerson.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents Tracy E and Marion B. Tarr of Goffstown New Hampshire and her son David Carreau

Bob and Judy are members of the Halifax River Yacht Club where they have many endearing and loving friends.

Judy was a lover of all animals. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Halifax Humane Society. A service will be held at the end of the year and family and friends will be notified.
