Judith Ann (Yacino) Culgin

Judith Ann Culgin, 82, of Ormond Beach, Florida, passed away on Tuesday June 3, 2025 in Ormond Beach, Florida. She was born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island on Tuesday February 23, 1943 to the late Emilio Lawrence Yacino and Elizabeth Rose Powers.

She was preceded in death by her Son, Alan Edward Ramsay, who was born on December 21, 1969 and passed away on June 12, 2011 at the age of 41.   Judith is survived by her Spouse of 37 years, Raymond "Bob" Robert Culgin of Ormond Beach, Florida;  Daughter, Kimberly Picard of Ormond Beach, Florida;  Granddaughter, Ashley Picard of Ormond Beach, Florida; Brother Richard Yacino of Cumberland, Rhode Island;  numerous cousins, nephews, and great nieces.

Judith was a 1962 Graduate of Bryant College.  She was employed as a Secretary and Personnel Manager in the Manufacturing Industry for many years. She was a devoted Member of Faith Lutheran Church in Ormond Beach, Florida and she was a former member of the Rhode Island Street Rod Club and the Daytona Beach Street Rod Club. Judith enjoyed sewing, crafts, embroidery, reading, old cars, her dog, and ancestry.  However, her greatest love was spending time with her family and her friends.

Celebration of her Life Memorial Service will be held on Saturday June 28, 2025 at 1:00pm at Faith Lutheran Church, 2010 W Granada Blvd., Ormond Beach, Florida 32174.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
