Juanita J. Phillips age 75 of Ormond Beach was born into eternal life on Tuesday March 8 2005 at Avante Health and Rehab Center. Family will receive friends on Friday March 11 2005 at the Daytona Funeral Home Chapel from 2-4 6-9 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday March 12 2005 at 1:00 PM at the funeral Home with Pastor Stephen Prince and Paul Strickland officiating. Interment will follow at Daytona Memorial Park.

Juanita was born into this life on March 2 1930 to David and Martha Muncy in Bradshaw WV. She moved to this area in 1965 from WV. She was Pentecostal by faith. Juanita really enjoyed taking care of others with Medical needs and spending quality time with her family. Like nearly everyone who got to know her even a little we admired her greatly and we will miss her.

Left to cherish their memories of their lives together are Husband of 57yrs. William G. Phillips Jr. Ormond Beach; Son William G. Phillips III Port Orange; Adopted son Justin Paul Phillips Ormond Beach; Brothers Shorty Williams WV Connell Muncy VA Paul Williams WV; Sister Florence Powell WV; 6 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren.
