Joyce C. Swanner passed away peacefully on August 20, 2021 in her home.  She was preceded in death by her husband Henry L. Swanner.  She is survived by her two children, Katherine (Leon) Thompson, Ralph (Gayla) Keating, and a dear sister, Gladys Smith.  She was an inspirational force of nature and will be greatly missed.  As was her nature, her services will be private and will be held at a later date.
