She then went to live with her daughter Linda in Kane, PA for 7 years, then moved to Palm Coast, Florida with her granddaughter until her death. She enjoyed life to it's fullness, the outdoors and nature, spending time with family and friends, attending church services or just going somewhere with family and friends. She just loved family!!

Joyce was a gifted pianist and loved playing gospel music. She played piano in several churches over the years. She loves missions, praying, giving and going! She made 10 mission trips to the Dominican Republic and to Haiti with her late husband Cliff Dixon. Always packed full with clothing and goods to help the needy, buying rice and beans to give out, handing out gospel tracts, all to share the love of Jesus to others! She lived J-O-Y J-Jesus first, O-Others second, Y-Yourself last.

Pastor David L. Eastman (son-in-law) officiating. David Eastman, 549 Maple St. Kane, PA 1673.
