Joyce Elizabeth Analetto age 73 of DeLand passed away after a long illness on Friday July 30. 2010. A Funeral Mass in her honor will be held 2:00 PM Saturday August 7 2010 at St. Peter Catholic Church 359 W. New York Ave. followed by a gathering at the family home 2175 South Spring Garden DeLand. Joyce ""Nana"" was born in Massachusetts to Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thompson she and her husband dedicated many years to their company The Greater Boston Wholesalers and later to Nana and Pops Ice Cream Parlor Orange City Florida. Joyce was a member of Deltona Moose Lodge an avid reader a wonderful cook devoted homemaker and awesome mother. She was the most determined fair protective loving matriarch of her large family and the neighborhood children. Her parents a son Michael Analetto and a great grandson Bennie Analetto preceded her in death and she leaves behind to cherish her memory her broken hearted husband ""Pop"" James R. Analetto; three sons James (Debra) Analetto Jr Charles (Kimberley) Analetto and Gaetano Analetto; a daughter Sharon (Verne) Erickson; grandchildren Travis Luther Jessica Analetto Scott Analetto Seraphina Davis Gaetano Analetto III and David Analetto; and four great-grandchildren Nico Anthony Branden and Alexis Analetto.
