Josephine Balsamo Chozas, 87, formally from Patchogue New York, resided in Port Orange, Florida, when she peacefully passed away on August 11th, 2018. She was born in Tangier, Morocco then moved to Labinea, Spain where she was raised before coming to Patchogue, New York. She was preceded in death by Dominick Chozas Sr., her husband of 49 years and her parents Carlos and Anna. Josephine is survived by her brothers Ben and Charles Balsamo. Also, her two sons Dominick Jr. and John, daughters in law, Illiana and Kathleen as well as five grandchildren, Ashley, Luis, Daniel, Amber and Alex. Her eternal love is also shared by the entire Balsamo family and friends from Spain and Long Island, New York. Special "thanks" goes to Frans Elder Care and the Aides that cared for her, comforted her, until her time of passing. Goodbye Josie "Angel" and God Bless.
