Funeral Mass for Joseph T. Sincavage 88 of Port Orange who passed away on December 16 2006 will be held at 8:30 am Wednesday December 20 2006 at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church with Father Sante Reale officiating. Interment will follow at Daytona Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm on Tuesday December 19 2006 at the Baggett & Summers Chapel of Lohman Funeral Homes. He was born on July 31 1918 to the late Joseph and Domicella Sincavage in Hanover Township Pennsylvania. Joseph enlisted in the US Army and served in the Battle of the Bulge during WWII. In 1981 he moved to this area from Fairfield Connecticut. He was an active member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church for numerous years as well as being a lifetime member of the Port Orange VFW. He leaves to cherish his memory his sons Joseph J. (Ruth) Sincavage of Stafford VA and Robert Sincavage of Port Orange FL; grandson Joseph A Sincavage of Stafford VA; granddaughters Maria (Lee) Garrison also of Stafford VA and Christine (Christopher) Nichols of Purcellville VA; and five great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 59 years Stella.
