Joseph F. Sassone 85 of Daytona Beach FL died September 09 2006. He was born in New York NY on May 10 1921 and moved to Florida in 1966 from Michigan. Mr. Sassone was a Major in the U. S. Air Force Retired and served during WWII and the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by his five daughters; Sharon S. McCarty Sheila S. Fedor Vicki S. Bond Terri L. Sassone and Melinda M. Driscoll by his sisters Lucy Shapiro and Gloria Linbrunner and 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 51 years Margaret.
