A Funeral Service for Joseph "Wally" Panasuk 85 of Palm Coast who passed away on Thursday May 29 2008 will be held at 11:00am Tuesday June 3 2008 at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond 733 W. Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach FL. The family will receive friends on Monday June 2 from 5:00 to 8:00pm at the funeral home. Born on July 4 1922 in Cambridge Mass. to Joseph and Laura Panasuk Wally retired as owner of Joseph Roofing Co. Inc. and moved to the area in 2002 coming from Altamonte Springs FL. He was a Roman Catholic a WWII Air Force POW Veteran and was a member of the American Ex-Prisoners of War East Central Florida Chapter. Wally also loved his horses. He was preceded in death by his son Luke Blake and a granddaughter Cynthia Ann. Survivors include his wife Annie of Palm Coast FL; his daughter Mary Connors of Ft. Lauderdale; his step-son Michael Deckman of Altamonte Springs FL; 4 grandchildren: Michael Robert Jennifer & Michelle and 6 great-grandchildren.
