HEMINGWAY, Joseph

Joseph Anthony Hemingway was born in Tokyo, Japan in the month of April 1971.
He attended Aiea High School. From Hawaii, Joseph moved to Daytona Beach, Florida, approximately in the year 2009. In Hawaii he taught at the Honolulu Bartender Academy. He also worked at the Honolulu "Dave and Busters". In Daytona, he worked at "Zappi's" and "Sloppy Joes". He also worked as an Apartment Manager for Seabreeze Apartments. Joseph passed June 17, 2017.
He is survived by his father, James Allen Hemingway; mother, Stephanie C. Teipen; stepfather, Lawrence Nicholas Teipen; brothers, Marcos, Nalu, Kalani, and Kalapana; sisters, Ke and Mapuana; and his grandmother, Florence V. Tecson. Joseph is deeply missed and truly loved by his family and friends. A visitation will be held from 5-7pm with a Prayer Service being held at 7:00pm on Thursday June 22, 2017 in the Chapel at Lohman Funeral Home Port Orange, 1201 Dunlawton Avenue, Port Orange.
