Joseph H. Couch Jr. 77 of Palm Coast passed away on May 24 2009 at Florida Hospice Oceanside. A visitation at 1:00 PM followed by a memorial service at 2:00 PM will be held at the funeral home on Monday June 1 2009. Born in Durham N.C. June 6 1931 to Joseph Couch Sr. and Harriet Daniel Couch he went on to serve his country in the U.S. Air Force after which he became an electrical engineer technological writer in the engineering aerospace industry. He enjoyed tennis and football. He and his wife of 26 years Jill moved to Palm Coast from Orlando 13 years ago. He is also survived by three sons Joseph III (Lynn) James Alan and William Walker all of Clearwater Fl. daughter Mary Couch (Thomas) Pike of Palm Coast 10 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff of Florida Hospice Oceanside.
