Jon Christofer Sorg 37 of Ormond Beach was called home to be with the Lord April 19 2012. His passing was unexpected. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday May 5th 2012 from 2:00 pm until the Memorial Service at 3:00 pm at the First United Methodist Church 336 South Halifax Drive Ormond Beach Florida 32176. Throughout his short life Jon was an inspiration and a guide as to how to live life with dignity grace and blessedness. He was always ready to share his love and devotion for God. Jon was a dedicated Sheppard a precious son loving brother an adored grandson and a sweetheart significant other. With all this love his circle of life may have been complete.Jon is survived by his Mother and Father Nancy & Paul Garrett two sisters Jonelle Jennifer and her husband Shawn Horsley and Paige Merritt and her husband Jon Corhern three nieces Victoria Rose (8 yrs.) and Ella Kendall (3 yrs.) Horsley and Alyx Anastasia Corhern (2 ½ yrs.) Grandmother JoAnn Kepler and his Aunt Shirley Campbell Significant other Amber McPhearson and her children.
