John Edward O'Neill (Jack) aged 83 of Ormond Beach, Florida passed away on June 16, 2025 surrounded by family.

John was a dedicated father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was a mentor to many and was very active in charities.  He was a disabled Vietnam veteran who served a full career in the U.S. Navy.

John was always very outgoing and eager to meet new people.  He was a loyal friend to many and had a charitable heart towards all.  He loved spending time at home, gardening and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Christine, his parents, several siblings, his daughter Susan Gabbard and grandson Kenneth Michael O'Neill, Jr. He is survived by his children Joseph O'Neill, Kenneth O'Neill (Mary Lou) Dennis O'Neill (Lise) and Peggy O'Neill Hartley (James), 15 grandchildren and many great-grand children.  He leaves a void that can never be filled.
