John "Jake" Lepkowski born June 16 1930 passed away peacefully after a long courageous battle on January 22 2011. Interment arrangements and Mass at St. John's will be announced at a later date. Jake is survived by his daughter Amy Miller (Brian); his son Martin Lepkowski (Luanne); 3-Grandchildren: Douglas & Melissa Miller of Ormond FL; Martin Jr. Lepkowski of Erie PA; and he is also survived by his loving companion & caregiver Susan Marki of Port Orange FL.
