John Thomas Evers, 74 of Daytona Beach, FL passed away July 2, 2018 at his residence. John was born in 1944 in Chicago, IL., and lived in the Daytona Beach area for 35 years. He proudly served his Country in the US Marine Corps, had a sweet tooth, was an avid fan of the Chicago Bears and White Sox and loved John Grisham novels. John is survived by his wife of 53 years Marian Evers, his  2 children, Mark Evers (Erica Mohre) and Cynthia Mann, 4 grandchildren, Misty, Michael, Steven, and Alex, and several great grandchildren. He will be sorely missed. A Memorial Service will be held for John on Saturday July, 7 at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona beginning at 12:30pm. The family will receive visitors beginning at 11:30 am.
