Memorial Service for John D. Curran age 73 of Palm Coast FL who passed away Monday July 26th 2004 in Kindred Hospital Green Cove Springs FL. will be 3:00pm Friday July 30th at Lohman?s Palm Coast Funeral Home Palm Coast FL with Father Sabastian Kaithamattom officiating.

Mr. Curran was born March 4 1931 to John and Margaret Maroney Curran in Rock Island IL and moved to this area in 1999 from Rock Island IL. Mr. Curran was a retired Major who served in the U.S. Air Force and was a veteran of the Vietnam War where he earned the Distinguished Flying Cross the Air Medal Air Force Commendation and many Combat Duty Medals. He enjoyed Computers and Electronics.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years Helga K. Halverson Curran and their Son: John W. Curran of Palm Coast FL and their Daughter: Linda Curran of Bunnell FL and his Brother: Joseph N. Curran of Ashville NC.
