John Benjamin Brock, Jr. passed away in Ocoee, Florida on August 29, 2024, at 91 years of age.  He was born in Atlanta, Georgia on April 18, 1933, to John and Louise Brock.  Upon his graduation from high school in Alabama, John entered the United States Navy and spent four years supporting several ships to which he was assigned.  John was in the Navy when he met Stella, who he later married in 1957.  After serving in the Navy, John worked for General Motors in Michigan for 30 years.  John and Stella fulfilled their dream of spending their retirement in Florida and traveling.  They were married the remainder of Stella's life, which ended after 56 years of marriage.  John was involved in his community and church.  He was a master at building and fixing things, and he was also a talented artist.

John is survived by his two children, nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and two brothers and their families.

A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00A.M. on Saturday September 7, 2024 in Daytona Memorial Park, Northside, 1425 Bellevue Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114.
