John Borbash of Port Orange passed away Friday June 4 2010. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday June 11 2010 at 11:00am at Epiphany Catholic Church 201 Lafayette Street Port Orange. Burial will follow at Daytona Memorial Park Cemetery. John was born on November 4 1926 in Metrovica Yugoslavia to George and Karolina Borbash. John received his citizenship after coming to the United States in 1960 where he settled in Akron Ohio. He moved to Port Orange in 1992. John was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles for more then six years. He was currently a member of the Port Orange Aerie # 4089. He enjoyed traveling fishing and dancing. He is survived by his loving fiance Betty McCormick; his two daughters; one grandson and one granddaughter; one great-grandson and one great-granddaughter. In lieu of flowers contributions in his honor may be made to the Port Orange Eagles # 4089 Building Fund 5130 South Ridgewood Ave. Port Orange FL 32127.
