Joan M. Wnuk went home to be with the Lord on March 23, 2017. Born on Feb. 7, 1930 in East Point, Georgia, she was the the daughter of the late Hugh and Cullie Mathews. Joan graduated from Russell High School in 1947 and lived in College Park, Georgia before moving to Daytona Beach Shores, Florida in 1994. She was married to Norman Wnuk for 42 wonderful years. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. Joan was a member of Colonial Hills Baptist Church, Lithia Springs, Ga.
She worked as a payroll manger at Cluett Peabody, Arrow Shirt Co. in Atlanta, Ga. for 28 years and was an avid ACC GT football fan and loved ERAU basketball and volleyball for 20 years.
Funeral Services will be Saturday April 1, 2017 at 2:00 PM from the Lohman Funeral Home 1201 Dunlawton Ave. Port Orange with a viewing for family and friends from 12:00 PM until the time of the service.
