Her family will receive friends from 6:00 till time of service pm. Joan was born in Revere Ma. And moved to this area from Peabody Ma. in 1988. Joan was the LunchLady at Deltona High School a job she thoroughly enjoyed. She also enjoyed spending time with her family being a mother and housewife and her dogs. She is survived by her husband of 43 years John and their 2 children: John Charles Tartis Jr of Concord NH and Holly Joan tartis of Orlando Joan is also survived by 2 granddaughters Jaime of Peabody Ma. Ashley of Warner NH and a grandson Kevin of Peabody Ma.
