Joan (Noonan) Nardini Daytona Beach Shores and Farmington CT passed away on February 20 2009 after a short illness. Born to Francis and Eugena Noonan on November 21 1932. She graduated St. Frances Nursing School Hartford CT in 1953 and married Raymond Nardini in 1954. They were married for 45 years (before his death in 1999) and together had 8 wonderful children. She enjoyed spending time with her family bowling casino trips friends traveling with her children and adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her sisters Dr. Jacqueline Noonan and Mrs. Joyce Hutchinson in KY; her children son Michael (Janet) Nardini son James (Gleisy) Nardini daughter Nancy (Thomas) Reilly all in CT. daughter Susan Laser daughter Elizabeth (Anthony) Raia daughter Joan (Roger) Rondini and son John (Candy) Nardini all in FL. She also leaves her 12 beautiful grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; several step-grandchildren; and many nieces nephews and friends. Preceding her in death was her son Raymond Nardini II (1997) and husband Raymond Nardini (1999) a sister Beverly and and her parents. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday February 28 2009 4:00 PM at the Cardwell Funeral Home 3571 Ridgewood Ave Port Orange FL 32127. There will also be a memorial service on Friday March 13 2009 6:00 PM at Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home 1084 New Britain Ave West Hartford CT 06110. A Mass will be held Saturday March 14 2009 at 10:00 am St. Patrick Church 110 Main Street Farmington CT 06032 followed by her burial in Riverside Cemetery Farmington CT.
