A Memorial Service for Jewel O. Jones 97 of Daytona Beach who passed away Tuesday May 24 2005 at Horizon Health will be 1 pm Saturday May 28 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah?s Witnesses 500 Colfax Dr. Daytona Beach. Mrs. Jones was born in Wheeler County GA and came to this area in 1984 from Jacksonville. A devoted homemaker and housewife Mrs. Jones lived for her family. She was a member of Jehovah?s Witnesses for 63 years. She was the loving wife of Carl R. Jones for 51 years who predeceased her. Left to cherish their memories of their lives together are a daughter Rose Marie Baker John E. of Franklin NC; a step-daughter Evelyn Albright of Harrisburg PA; a daughter-in-law Dorothy Brown of Daytona Beach; 2 sisters Mary C. Bristow and Runell C. Bailey both of Daytona Beach; 8 grandchildren 16 great-grandchildren 19 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A son Homer Brown predeceased her.
