Jessica Nichole Leach, 32, of Live Oak, FL tragically passed away with her son Dennis Wesley O'Neil in a car accident. Jessica will be honored with a Memorial Service Friday, May 20, 2016 at 4pm at Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast. Family welcomes friends to Gather at 3pm.

Jessica was born in Lexington, KY on February 25, 1984 to Tamathy A. Leach and Ray Edward Puckett. Jessica graduated from New Smyrna Beach High School. She had 5 beautiful children: Joshua Lee McBride, Allyssa McBride, Emily Nichole Dowty, Dustin Dwayne Dowty, and Dennis Wesley O'Neil. Jessica loved being a mother and homemaker for her children. She and her children enjoyed spending time together outdoors. They especially loved swimming together in the Suwannee River.

Jessica is survived by her children: Joshua, Allyssa, Emily, and Dustin; by her mother Tamathy A. Leach and friend Robert Lee Nasser; by her son Dennis' father Wes O'Neil; by her brothers: Ray Edward Puckett, Jr., Donald Raymond Adkins, Jr., and Cody Puckett; by her grandparents: Carolyn Locklear, Hubert Locklear, Chester Caine, III, and Betty Sue Miller; by her Aunts, Uncles, and cousins: Aunt Pam Hammonds and cousins: Heather Lynn, Brandon, Danny, and Bobby Lee; Aunt Debra Bishop and cousins: Kara May and Joshua; Aunt Selena Castillejos and cousins: Kayla, Jimmy, and Oscar; Uncle Chester Caine Leach III and Julie and cousin Tyler; Uncle Michael Moody and Cindy and cousins: Tim, Cassandra, and Victoria; Uncle Robert Moody, Jr.; Uncle Jeffrey Moody; and Uncle David Locklear; and Jessica's special friends: Brittany Naylor, Lisa, Tommy, and Jason Smithy; and by many other extended family members and friends. Jessica was predeceased by her son, Dennis Wesley O'Neil; by her father, Ray Edward Puckett, by her grandfather Luther Miller, and her cousin Austin Moody.
