After graduating with a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy at UF (GO GATORS!!) she spent 3 weeks in New Zealand and Australia.

She returned home to a career in Occupational Therapy after passing her licence exam on her first time.
Jessie was often described as a pistol' and had such a zest for life that no one could help but love her!
