Jesse "Alan" Weathers 66 of Port Orange passed away peacefully after a long courageous battle with cancer on February 22 2012. There will be a celebration of Alan's life on Monday February 27 2012 at 11am at CARDWELL FUNERAL HOME.
Alan was born in Hawkinsville Ga. on August 5 1945 after which his family moved to Florida. He joined the U.S. Air Force after graduating from Mainland High School in 1963 and served for four years. He was a devoted husband father brother and friend. Alan's true passions in life were his family Fishing camping r c cars golfing and woodworking. He is survived by his loving wife Mary; son Chris and his wife Jerri; daughter Angela; brother Luther (Buddy) and his wife Judy; nephews: Scott and his wife Melissa David and his wife Shelley; great nephews: Scotty and Hunter; several nieces and nephews.
