He was never judgmental and was very generous to family and friends, especially around the holidays, which he loved. Jeff had a lively, witty sense of humor, and enjoyed entertaining his family and friends with fun-loving impressions. He enjoyed model ship building, Star Trek, sailing, and traveling on long vacations in the Rocky Mountains with his family.

His patients will remember him as a very knowledgeable, special, caring doctor. He is survived by his parents, Shafaat and Carol Ahmed, Daytona Beach; his three sisters, Naseem Smith of Denver, CO, Lori Blush of Monticello, FL, and Shehla (Victor) Milliron of Tallahassee, FL; by three brothers, Christopher (Anne) Ahmed of Dothan, AL, Sean, (Dawn) Ahmed of Ormond Beach, FL, and Mark (Lisa) Ahmed of Daytona Beach, FL; by his loving nephew, Christopher; and his three loving nieces, Noelle, Rachel and Sarah; as well as his favorite pet, Eli, the talking bird.
