Jean L. Thompson 86 of Port Orange went home to be with her beloved husband Charles W. Thompson on December 20 2012. Jean was born on September 19 1926 in Malden Massachusetts to the late Augustino and Laura (Balasco) Budetti. She and her husband moved to Florida in the early eighties from Dearborn Heights Michigan following her husband's retirement. Jean was a loving mother with a heart of gold. She enjoyed cooking baking bingo shuffleboard playing pool and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Charles W. Thompson; parents Augustino and Laura Budetti; brother Peter Budetti; daughters Donna L. Robbins Diane F. Miracle; and grandson Anthony Beauchesae. Survivors include her loving daughters Claire Quebec of Largo Florida Debra A. Thompson of Port Orange Florida and Denise K. Beauchesae of Woodhaven Michigan. Jean also leaves behind many loving grandchildren great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Arrangements are under the careful direction of Baggett & Summers Funeral Home.
