A Celebration of Life Service for Jean Ann Portugais will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday April 2 2011 in The Ormond Beach Chapel of Lohman Funeral Homes 733 W. Granada Boulevard.
Jean Ann Portugais 59 of Ormond Beach passed away on March 29 2011 after a courageous battle with ALS. She was born on June 17 1951 in Columbus Ohio where she was raised and graduated from West High School in 1969. She attended Ohio State University and graduated with her Bachelor's Degree from The University of Central Florida.
She worked in advertising sales and marketing in and around Volusia County for over 25 years.
She was the biggest Orlando Magic Fan ever. She loved to spend time with her family boating the beach cooking and skiing.
Survivors include her husband Burt of 23 years whom she married on November 21 1987; two sons Matt (Robyn) Biggers of Mandeville Louisiana and Scott(Tennille) Biggers of Little Rock Arkansas; Mother Juanita Stout of Fort Meyers FL; Father Roland (JoDonna) Stout of Punta Gorda; two brothers Jeffrey (Carolyn) Stout of Fort Meyers FL and Jerry (Karen) Stout of Bellingham WA; a sister Jenny (Dan) Kelly of Mascoutah IL; two grandchildren Peyton and Avery Biggers of Mandeville Louisiana; Father and Mother-in-law Jean and Theresa Portugais of Montreal Canada and many other loving family members including a host of nieces nephews and cousins.
