Jason Grant
Stalnaker
October 7, 1975 – April 9, 2026
Jason Grant Stalnaker, 50, of Ormond Beach, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on April 9, 2026. Jason was a devoted husband, proud father, and good man who put family above all else.
Jason was born October 7, 1975 in Daytona Beach, FL. He graduated from Spruce Creek High School and attended college in Gainesville, FL. Jason honorably served in the U.S. Army attaining the rank of Corporal and earned his field combat medical qualification in San Antonio, TX. This medical training course is where Jason met the love of his life and future wife, Rachel. They were married for over 22 years and built a life centered around love, family, and their children, who were Jason’s greatest pride and favorite topic of conversation.
Gifted with both creativity and patience, Jason was an immensely talented woodworker and guitarist. He found joy in simple moments—time at the beach, being outdoors, and most of all, being surrounded by his family. Known for his loyalty and kind spirit, Jason was happiest when the people he loved were close.
Jason is survived by the family he cherished above all—his wife, Rachel; their children, Hailey, Jordan, and Alex; his parents, Linda and Michael; and his brother, Chris.
A private service will be held for immediate family. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes support through a meal train that was established by friends of the family.
Jason Stalnaker will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who had the honor of knowing him.
