Janice Ann Rodak (Mueller) age 61 of Daytona Beach Florida passed away unexpectedly on August 10 2009 at her residence. A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday August 22 2:00 PM at the Daytona Chapel of the Lohman Funeral Home.

Janice was born February 12 1948 to Charles and Ruth Mueller in Buffalo NY. She moved to Florida in 1984 from Buffalo and spent the majority of her career in Vocational Rehabilitation with the State of Florida.

Her interest included science and nature; she enjoyed places like Niagara Falls NY. Janice truly loved all animals but especially her cat "Pepper " and gave to charities any time she could. She loved to shop most recently completing a spree in St. Augustine.

Janice is survived by her son Stanley Rodak and his girlfriend Jody DiBartolomeo (whom she thought of as a daughter) both of Daytona Beach and Janice's sister; Carol "Penny" (John) Turner of Huston Texas and Barbara (Tom) Heximer of Buffalo NY. She has a niece and many nephews as well as great nieces and great nephews. There are many close friends that she considered family as well

For anyone wishing to pay their respects before the memorial the family will be available starting at 1:00 Saturday.
