Janice L. Marcinko age 54 has gone to join her mother Genieve and recently deceased father John Marcinko after a courageous battle with breast cancer.Janice came to the Port Orange area to join her parents in 1984 from Steubenville Ohio. She graduated in 1975 from Big Red High School in Steubenville.Over the years she has enjoyed many occupations including banking ophthalmologist assistant and worked at various stores and jewelry stores in the area.She had a very special love for the merchants at the Daytona Beach Flea Market.
She has enriched the lives of a wide assortment of friends who have been blessed with having Janice as part of their lives.She has always had a special place in her heart for birds and animals of all kinds.The pet kingdom will miss her dearly.She will be especially missed by her daughter Janelle Marcinko family members in Ohio including her aunt Dorothy "Jo" Macara of Mingo Junction Ohio uncle James Marcinko also of Mingo Junction Ohio numerous cousins and numerous friends in Ohio and the Daytona area.A visitation will be held on Tuesday April 12 2011 at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona from 12-1 PM. Funeral Services will begin immediately following.
